The implementation of the quality management system (QMS) has become the basis of a continuous improvement process to meet current and future requirements of our customers.
For us at samtec, quality management (QM) means continuous and systematic implementation of measures to ensure a lasting quality promotion and improvement. We will be regularly controlling and documenting the organisation, workflow and our products to modify them when required.
Our QM-manual will be controlled and updated constantly by the QM-coordinator and to be recalled at any moment from our employees.
